What you will do
- Define and standardize line procedures covering startups, stoppages, changeovers, product changes, cleaning, vision programs, and consumables.
- Monitor line indicators including rejection rates, OEE, breakdowns, timings, and waste, and analyze root causes.
- Propose and implement improvements across machine performance, facilities, costs, quality, safety, and resource utilization.
- Identify internal and external resources needed to resolve operational anomalies and support new initiatives.
- Identify training needs, lead training execution, and ensure safe operating procedures.
Requirements
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Automation, Organizational, Chemical, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar industrial-sector role, such as pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, or automotive.
- High-level written and spoken English and Spanish are mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience developing data visualizations in Power BI; SQL proficiency is preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a results-oriented approach.
