Location: United States remote; candidates in the Southeast US region will be prioritized. The role requires approximately 50% overnight and international travel, including weekends. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required.
Annual base salary: $176,600–$294,300, plus a 20% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do
- Develop integrated engagement plans for hematology healthcare professionals, opinion leaders, researchers, and other key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with national, emerging, and community hematology thought leaders.
- Gather insights through one-to-one engagements, advisory boards, congresses, and small-group interactions to inform portfolio strategy.
- Coordinate speaking engagements, symposia, speaker programs, and connections with internal subject-matter experts.
- Define engagement metrics, track outcomes, conduct evaluations, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with Marketing, Medical, Key Account Teams, Policy, Patient Affairs, and Communications while ensuring legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, medical affairs, strategy, product launches, customer engagement, or business development within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Experience designing, executing, and measuring opinion leader engagement programs.
- Experience in hematology customer engagement is highly preferred, with knowledge of malignant hematology, lymphoma, or myeloma beneficial.
- Strong influence, negotiation, communication, facilitation, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead through influence in a cross-functional, matrixed environment and present to senior leadership.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States by any employer; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available.

- Science or clinical background.
- Experience with malignant hematology, particularly lymphoma and myeloma.
- Creativity in developing partnership collaborations and innovative programs.
