Location: Hybrid role based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States, requiring at least 3 days per week in the office. Travel is required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $127,300–$204,100 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation programs for hirify.global Commercial Solutions across multiple workstreams.
• Drive API integration planning, technical alignment, testing coordination, issue resolution, and launch activities.
• Translate client business requirements into scalable payment solutions, implementation strategies, and solution documents.
• Coordinate product, engineering, operations, banking, and client stakeholders through project meetings and governance.
• Manage project plans, risks, mitigation actions, issue logs, milestones, escalations, and CRM updates.
• Create implementation guides, workflows, forms, status reports, and other internal and client-facing documentation.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of experience and an advanced degree.
• Experience in implementation or consulting within financial services, payments, fintech, or commercial/B2B payment solutions.
• Strong experience with API-driven implementations, RESTful APIs, integration patterns, authentication, and API lifecycle management.
• Experience with payment ecosystems such as virtual cards, B2B payments, issuer processing, or commercial card solutions.
• Knowledge of financial data exchange, data mapping and transformation, SFTP, FTP/S, HTTPS, and API security standards.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and communicate complex API and payment concepts through clear client-facing documentation.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or extensive experience applying project management methodologies to complex implementations.
• Experience with solution consulting, technical migration planning, and developing implementation documentation.
