What you will do

• Configure payment platform features and support onboarding of new and existing customers.
• Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements, use cases, process flows, and integration diagrams.
• Explain API contracts and platform structures to customer stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project managers, developers, QA, product, payment operations, success, and support teams.
• Review specifications, resolve conflicting information, and secure stakeholder approval.
• Perform high-level testing and maintain implementation documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recent experience in a SaaS environment.
• Customer-facing experience and experience gathering, creating, and managing requirements.
• Experience with third-party integrations, REST APIs, UI mockups, and wireframes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in the United States and able to travel up to 25% domestically.

Nice to have

• Software implementation, payments, insurance, QA, or project management experience.
• SOAP API, JIRA, and Confluence experience.
• Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodology experience.
• Experience with insurance policy management and digital payments.
