Salary: $231K–$331K per year

What you will do
- Define enterprise technology strategies, digital transformation roadmaps, ERP modernization plans, and future-state architectures.
- Advise CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, CEOs, boards, and private equity sponsors on technology investments, operating models, cybersecurity, data strategy, and transformation priorities.
- Lead technology workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, and divestitures, including due diligence, system integration and separation, TSA planning, and data migration.
- Oversee enterprise application modernization, platform selection, business process redesign, implementation oversight, testing strategy, and value realization.
- Drive business development through proposals, pursuit strategy, solution design, pricing, executive presentations, and follow-on opportunities.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop consultants, directors, and managers while contributing to firm strategy and capability building.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Management, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- 15–20+ years of experience leading enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives.
- Prior experience as a CIO, VP of IT, senior technology executive, or senior-level consultant advising the Office of the CIO.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional, multi-geography programs involving ERP, enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud, and post-merger integration.
- Significant M&A experience, including technology due diligence, carve-outs, application and infrastructure separation, TSA execution, and Day 1/Day 100 readiness.
- Strong consulting, executive advisory, client relationship management, business development, and team leadership capabilities.
Nice to have
- MBA or another advanced degree.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
