What you will do

• Lead or support transformation initiatives across consumer lending, retail banking, credit cards, and payments.
• Assess current operations, design future-state operating models, and develop implementation roadmaps.
• Support transformation programs, governance, PMOs, technology implementations, vendor evaluations, and business readiness.
• Prepare client deliverables, executive presentations, recommendations, and execution plans.
• Build relationships with clients and communicate effectively with project stakeholders across business, operations, technology, legal, compliance, and risk.
• Contribute to recruiting, business development, thought leadership, new offerings, and AI-enabled consulting delivery.

Requirements

• At least two years of consulting experience delivering business transformation for financial institutions; Consultant candidates require at least four years of relevant experience, including workstream leadership and coaching experience.
• Experience in retail banking, consumer lending, or credit cards, including servicing, collections, or default.
• Experience supporting transformation programs within regulated financial institutions.
• Strong consulting, analytical, written, verbal communication, and professional judgment skills.
• Ability to work across business, operations, technology, legal, compliance, and risk functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Experience at a leading bank, lender, or financial services institution.
• Additional experience in Commercial Banking, Payments, or Wealth Management.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT and interest in AI-enabled consulting delivery.
