What you will do

• Lead and enhance undergraduate and postgraduate teaching programmes focused on computer engineering and hardware.
• Develop curricula and teaching materials, and contribute to examinations and teaching administration.
• Supervise undergraduate and taught postgraduate projects and tutorials.
• Teach computer architecture, digital systems design, and hardware engineering through innovative methods.
• Contribute to departmental management, administration, and strategic objectives.

Requirements

• PhD or equivalent industrial experience in computer engineering or hardware.
• Postdoctoral or equivalent industrial research experience at lecturer level or above.
• Significant experience planning and developing teaching materials.
• Significant experience teaching and assessing undergraduate or postgraduate students.
• Sustained ability to teach computer science with a focus on computer engineering and hardware.

Nice to have

• Experience with microarchitectural design, hardware-software co-design, and SoC development.
• Experience using hardware description languages, FPGA platforms, and advanced CAD toolchains.
