Technical Instructor – HPE Networking Aruba

Location: Hybrid, with an average requirement of 2 days per week from an HPE office; primarily supporting Asia Pacific time zones, with occasional global delivery and travel of up to 50%.

What you will do

• Deliver engaging technical training in classroom, virtual classroom, and event-based environments.
• Train customers, partners, and employees on HPE Aruba Networking technologies, including campus access, switching, security, cloud-based network management, and SD-WAN.
• Manage the training delivery lifecycle, including consultation, scoping, tailored delivery, beta courses, certification workshops, and exam proctoring.
• Prepare for emerging technologies and support readiness for new course launches.
• Provide actionable classroom and customer feedback to course development teams.
• Represent HPE Networking Education Services with technical credibility and a customer-success mindset.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in technical training, technical pre-sales, network consulting, or networking product implementation and support.
• Strong wireless networking expertise, with additional experience in switching, security, and cloud-based network management.
• HPE Aruba Networking Certified Professional – Campus Access certification, plus at least one of ACP-S, ACP-NS, or APC-Central.
• Strong knowledge of AOS-10, AOS-CX, HPE Aruba Networking ClearPass, HPE Aruba Networking Central, and SD-WAN.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills, including experience with virtual presentation and collaboration tools.
• Fluent English and the ability to travel within the assigned territory and to regional or global events are required. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience is also required.

• Expert-level HPE Aruba Networking certification.
• Experience delivering HPE Aruba Networking courses to customers, partners, or employees.
• Experience with courseware development, certification preparation, or technical enablement programs.
• Ability to drive customer adoption through technical education.
