IT Business Partner (ERP/Finance Systems)

Salary: $121,680–$176,436 per year

What you will do

• Own the relationship between Finance and IT and translate accounting and finance priorities into deliverable technology work.
• Partner with Finance leadership and Business Process Owners across general ledger, job cost, billing, and payroll.
• Engage IT Shared Services to support business process teams and enterprise initiatives.
• Prioritize work during program planning and maintain a sequenced Finance technology roadmap.
• Coordinate IT Shared Services, vendors, and business leaders to deliver process improvements and business features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Information Technology Management, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 7+ years of experience as an IT Business Partner, Process or Product Manager, Delivery Lead, or Finance Systems Manager.
• 5+ years of experience with financial modules of a major ERP.
• Experience with JD Edwards is strongly preferred; Oracle, SAP, Workday, Dynamics 365, or Viewpoint Vista are also considered.
• 5+ years of experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or comparable storyboard technologies.
• Understanding of finance close cycles and the connection between operational processes, system changes, and financial results.

Nice to have

• Construction or renewable energy industry experience.
• Knowledge of job costing, progress billing, field labor, and their impact on financials.
