What you will do

• Serve as the primary process governance authority for Order-to-Cash, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance workstreams.
• Define, document, and maintain future-state business process standards aligned with SAP S/4HANA design and operational strategy.
• Partner with functional leads and site teams to validate process designs against real-world execution requirements.
• Identify process gaps, risks, and deviations, escalating and resolving them with key stakeholders.
• Act as a key liaison between functional process owners, site teams, and the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team.
• Integrate with parallel workstreams (SIOP, MES, TMS) to ensure end-to-end process coherence across the global program.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or business process roles within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience supporting or leading business process design during an ERP implementation (SAP strongly preferred, S/4HANA a significant plus).
• Functional knowledge across two or more areas: order management, procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, or finance operations.
• Willingness to travel 30% domestically, with potential for international travel.
• Strong ability to facilitate cross-functional discussions and document outcomes clearly for diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA modules such as MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, or FI/CO.
• Familiarity with ancillary systems including TMS solutions, MES environments, or label management platforms.
• Experience working within a global manufacturing company with multi-site operations.
