What you will do

• Obtain and verify condo questionnaires, insurance verification, project budgets, litigation information, and other required documentation.
• Review project questionnaires, budgets, and insurance policies against agency requirements before submission.
• Prepare complete project packages, pre-review files, approval summaries, and submission checklists for loan officers, branch managers, and underwriters.
• Communicate with homeowners associations, loan officers, project reviewers, agencies, customers, and other professional services to resolve documentation gaps.
• Manage the processing pipeline within required turn times and document loan-related communications in the LOS.
• Support closing, secondary, and servicing teams with outstanding suspense items; work varying hours and overtime when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of residential mortgage processing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong math, analytical, communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, and Windows.
• Ability to work primarily during Eastern or Central Time zone hours.
• Bilingual communication capability required by the role.
