• Sell and originate residential mortgage loans according to established policies and legal guidelines.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of industry practices, trends, and regulations.
• Communicate regularly with customers, underwriters, and other parties to ensure a smooth application process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience.
• 2+ years of mortgage origination experience.
• Proven sales ability and negotiation skills.
• Developing knowledge of mortgage industry, products, lending practices, and regulatory guidelines.
• Self-directed with strong time management and communication skills.
• PC skills, including mortgage origination and automated underwriting systems.
