Manufacturing Technician (PSP)

Location: US - PA - Horsham; onsite, 1st shift from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with overtime as needed

Salary: $43,187–$63,341 per year, plus bonus opportunity.

What you will do

• Assemble and integrate semiconductor process tools from frame assembly through mechanical completion.
• Install mechanical, electrical, and fluid systems using engineering drawings, schematics, and bills of materials.
• Diagnose wiring, fitment, plumbing, and other installation issues during production.
• Report design discrepancies and documentation gaps to engineering to support product and process improvements.
• Document build steps and modifications for traceability and quality audits.
• Mentor less experienced technicians and collaborate with engineering, quality, and downstream teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school is strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in equipment assembly or manufacturing involving mechanical, electrical, and fluid systems.
• Proficiency installing stainless steel tubing and Swagelok fittings according to schematics.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, wiring schematics, and fluid diagrams.
• Experience with precision assembly, electrical terminations, troubleshooting, hand tools, drilling, and tapping.
• Ability to work onsite in Horsham, Pennsylvania, during the 1st shift and work overtime as needed.

Nice to have

• Technical or trade school education.
