What you will do

• Own the flow, standard work, and equipment for production processes at the Dover facility.
• Design and provide new fixtures, tooling, and equipment while conducting time studies.
• Launch new equipment projects utilizing IQ, OQ, PQ validation processes.
• Develop standard operating procedures, work instructions, and support PFMEA/control plans.
• Drive continuous improvement activities and quality initiatives using Lean techniques.
• Provide technical guidance to production operators, supervisors, and maintenance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing supporting assembly and production processes.
• Hands-on experience with process improvements, scrap reduction, and tooling design.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and knowledge of Lean manufacturing concepts.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with PLC controls and automation (Automation Direct, AB).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with Cognex and Keyence Vision Systems.
• Background in fluid handling, pumps, and plumbing systems.
