Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 USD base + 10% annual bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including account reconciliations and fixed assets management.
• Manage commission accounting processes, encompassing reconciliations, accruals, and reporting.
• Support payroll-related accounting and collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, and Business Systems teams.
• Assist with debt, financing, and quarterly reporting for executive and Board-level materials.
• Identify and implement automation for manual workflows to improve reporting efficiency and internal controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors and maintain comprehensive, audit-ready documentation.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of professional accounting or finance experience.
• Strong proficiency with NetSuite ERP.
• Deep understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Experience managing commission accounting, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Must be based in San Diego, CA to support the hybrid office schedule.

Nice to have

• CPA designation.
• Background in high-growth SaaS, technology, biotech, or healthcare industries.
• Experience with NetSuite Fixed Assets.
• Experience working with global or international accounting teams.
