Logistics Manager (Automotive AI)

Location: Teaneck, New Jersey, United States, with on-site or field-based activities and 10%–15% travel within North America for project support and supplier visits.

Salary: $110,000–$120,000 annual base salary, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead daily logistics operations and provide direction to the Logistics Coordinator while coordinating with the Warehouse Manager in Israel.
• Manage domestic and international shipments supporting customer installations, deployments, and operational requirements.
• Oversee freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and 3PL providers, including service, cost, and delivery performance.
• Manage import and export activities, customs compliance, shipping documentation, and shipment issue resolution.
• Support inventory accuracy and transactions in NetSuite across shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
• Develop scalable logistics processes, SOPs, KPIs, and operational improvements across the United States and Israel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, freight management, or warehouse operations, including logistics team leadership.
• Experience with domestic and international transportation, import/export compliance, customs, freight forwarding, and 3PL providers.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, Microsoft Excel, and logistics or transportation management systems.
• Experience managing vendors, negotiating transportation contracts, and optimizing freight costs.

Nice to have

• Experience managing global logistics operations across multiple countries and time zones.
• Experience with inventory and warehouse operations in manufacturing, automotive, or technology environments.
• Forklift certification and a valid driver’s license.
