Senior Manager, Warehouse Operations (Automotive Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Torrance, California and/or Long Beach, California, five days per week. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and working in loud areas.

Salary: $147,940–$203,420 USD, plus equity and discretionary incentive bonus opportunities.

Divergent develops the Divergent Adaptive Production System, an AI-enabled factory platform for additive manufacturing and flexible assembly of complex vehicle structures and subsystems for automotive, aerospace, and defense customers.

What you will do

• Lead warehouse teams across Divergent and Czinger facilities supporting additive manufacturing, outbound transportation, vehicle builds, and production operations.
• Serve as the warehouse systems subject matter expert and support digital transformation across ERP, TMS, MES, and QMS platforms.
• Ensure accurate receipts, issues, kitting, work-in-progress movements, quality dispositions, reconciliations, and inventory transactions.
• Develop cycle-count plans, investigate variances, manage stock reporting, and coordinate with finance, purchasing, and material planning.
• Improve part lifecycle and production kitting processes to increase quality, accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Evaluate warehouse space requirements and provide hands-on operational support based on daily demand.

Requirements

• Experience leading and inspiring large warehouse teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft tools including Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel, as well as ERP, TMS, MES, QMS, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and warehouse labeling tools.
• Ability to develop and manage KPIs covering supply effectiveness, replenishment time, kitting, and picking completion.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, production kitting, warehouse processes, and systematic order reconciliation.
• Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and team-building skills.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in Torrance and/or Long Beach, California.
