What you will do

• Manage up to 15 active consultant and contractor deployments from recruitment and contracting through travel, briefing, deployment, and debriefing.
• Act as the primary contact for deployed personnel and clients, handling welfare, performance, travel, and contract-related matters.
• Manage deployment budgets, costs, revenue, accruals, invoicing, debt, and financial forecasting.
• Monitor risks, support audits, maintain project records, and contribute to contractual and results-based reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams, government clients, activity managers, and external stakeholders during emergency response operations.
• Participate in on-call rotations, emergency deployments, welfare and monitoring visits, transition planning, and cross-functional projects.

• Experience delivering work to tight deadlines and agreed standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership, reliability, integrity, and willingness to escalate concerns early.
