Project Manager (Security)

TL;DR

Project Manager (Security): Delivery of end-to-end bespoke customer-facing security projects for major global and UK enterprise accounts with an accent on time, cost, and quality. Focus on matrix management of technical resources and establishing governance models for C-level stakeholders.

Location: Must be based in the UK (London, Birmingham, Glasgow, Bristol, or Manchester). Requires SC (Security Clearance) and a minimum of 5 years UK working history.

What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end bespoke security projects focusing on time, cost, and quality.
• Drive delivery revenues and gross margin contributions to the business.
• Matrix manage operational and technical resources for customer delivery.
• Define and maintain project governance models throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage project costs and submit Business Revenue Forecast (BRF) financials.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex projects and programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, including communication at CISO level.
• Expertise in robust governance and assurance to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Effective conflict resolution skills and a solutions-focused approach.
• SC (Security Clearance) and minimum 5 years UK working history.
