Senior Project Manager (Microsoft Business Central/Dynamics)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex, or concurrent customer projects.
• Manage programmes, interrelated projects, dependencies, risks, recovery activities, and delivery escalations.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and align delivery with customer objectives and business priorities.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, profitability, estimates, change requests, and contractual commitments.
• Maintain PMO governance, RAID management, planning, reporting, controls, and quality gates.
• Mentor project managers and support capability development across the delivery community.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar project management role.
• Prince2 Practitioner or PMP qualification.
• Experience delivering business applications projects in large enterprise organisations, preferably within IT.
• Demonstrated delivery of projects to agreed scope, budget, and schedule, including cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Project and experience with agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Must be based onsite in Northern Ireland and able to work in a hybrid setup.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Business Central ERP projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or workflow projects.
• Experience using Projector or another professional services automation tool.
