Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year

What you will do

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level and temporary-to-direct-hire positions.
• Manage job descriptions, postings, application reviews, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
• Support college recruiting programs for interns and co-ops, including university relationship management.
• Plan and attend career fairs, networking events, webinars, and in-house recruiting activities.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders to evaluate and implement recruiting plans.
• Manage temporary hiring processes and recruitment vendor relationships.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment preferred.
• Experience in either agency or corporate recruiting; experience in both environments is desirable.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, with Workday strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, time-management, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities.

• College recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of OFCCP requirements and employment laws related to recruitment.
• Experience with inclusive and diversity recruiting.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other social or professional recruiting platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
