HR Equal Employment Opportunity Lead

Location: Hybrid office role open only to applicants located in Louisville, KY; Nashville, TN; Charlotte, NC; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Chicago, IL; or Washington, DC.

Salary: $115,200–$158,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and evaluate affirmative action programs.
• Assess EEO data systems and prepare employment trend and workforce utilization reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting and employee programs in support of EEO goals.
• Advise senior leaders and executives on compliance trends, reporting insights, risks, and functional strategies.
• Manage deadlines and complex assignments across a matrixed organization.
• Travel for business up to 15% of the time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of Human Resources experience within a matrixed organization.
• 2+ years of project leadership experience.
• 4+ years of experience with EEO policies and plans, including reviewing or implementing EEO and affirmative action plans.
• Strong analytical, communication, judgment, discretion, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Applicants must be located in one of the specified U.S. locations; the role is hybrid.

Nice to have

• Education or experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Diversity certification.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
• Master’s degree or law degree.
