HR Analyst (Remote)

Location: Remote, supporting a team based in Carrollton, Texas. Must be available to work Central or Mountain time zone hours.

Salary: $25–$30 per hour ($52,000–$62,400 annually).

What you will do

• Maintain, audit, and update employee, recruiting, and organizational data in HR systems.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports covering workforce demographics, turnover, hiring, employee changes, and compliance activity.
• Coordinate HR projects by tracking milestones, deliverables, documentation, deadlines, and stakeholder follow-up.
• Support HR compliance programs, internal audits, recordkeeping, document management, and retention requirements.
• Assist with federal contractor compliance reporting, including Affirmative Action Plans, EEO-1, VETS-4212, ADA, and veteran-related activities.
• Support HR systems, process improvements, testing, training documentation, and rollout activities.

Requirements

• Experience in HR operations, HR compliance, data management, reporting, or HR project support.
• Strong organization and analytical skills with attention to data accuracy and completeness.
• Comfort working with HR leaders, managers, employees, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to support audits, compliance documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping requirements.
• Availability to work Central or Mountain time zone hours.
