What you will do

• Lead enterprise implementation engagements, solution design, project stand-up activities, and customer onboarding.
• Run discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and workflow design workshops with customer stakeholders.
• Manage major projects, programs, milestones, deliverables, and governance activities across cross-functional teams.
• Develop implementation roadmaps, workflow documentation, solution artifacts, transition plans, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Implementation, Customer Success, and Network teams to translate business needs into technical and operational recommendations.
• Monitor customer readiness and project health, identify risks, and drive mitigation and resolution plans.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a business, public health, or social-services environment.
• Experience leading complex projects and implementations involving multiple stakeholders or customers.
• Strong executive relationship-building, consultative problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work through ambiguity, and adapt implementation plans as conditions change.
• Experience analyzing data, generating insights, communicating findings, and driving action.
• Must be based in or around Missouri and able to work remotely within the United States; availability for up to 30% travel may be required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Salesforce, and Google Suite.
