What you will do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects from signed contract through go-live and CSM handoff.
• Orchestrate deployment of hirify.global tenants and Boomi Atoms in coordination with implementation engineers.
• Guide customers through technical integration setup for Microsoft Office, Email, Phone, Video Conferencing, and SSO.
• Maintain clear project plans and milestone tracking across multiple concurrent accounts using Asana and Microsoft Planner.
• Translate complex technical concepts, such as API behaviors and XPATH-based mapping, for stakeholders at all levels.
• Apply agentic AI tools and technology-enabled workflows to scale implementation effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex technical implementations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MIS, CIS, or a related field.
• Technical aptitude to work with engineers, with a strong preference for experience with Boomi, XPATH, or enterprise integration platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SSO protocols (SAML/OAuth).
• Must be based in the US; the company is unable to support visa sponsorship or relocation.
• Excellent communication skills for executive briefings, customer calls, and engineering stand-ups.

Nice to have

• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
• Practical experience using agentic AI tools and process automation in a professional workflow.
