TL;DR
Senior Technical Project Manager (AI): Leading end-to-end onboarding and implementation for enterprise customers of an AI Time platform with an accent on technical integrations and deployment orchestration. Focus on optimizing Time to Value, managing complex B2B SaaS deployments, and leveraging agentic AI tools to scale implementation efficiency.
Location: Remote (US). Not able to support visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects from signed contract through go-live and CSM handoff.
- Orchestrate deployment of tenants and Boomi Atoms in coordination with implementation engineers.
- Guide customers through technical integration setup for Microsoft Office, Email, Phone, Video Conferencing, and SSO.
- Maintain clear project plans and milestone tracking across multiple concurrent accounts using Asana and Microsoft Planner.
- Translate complex technical concepts, such as API behaviors and XPATH-based mapping, for stakeholders at all levels.
- Apply agentic AI tools and technology-enabled workflows to scale implementation effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex technical implementations in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MIS, CIS, or a related field.
- Technical aptitude to work with engineers, with a strong preference for experience with Boomi, XPATH, or enterprise integration platforms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SSO protocols (SAML/OAuth).
- Must be based in the US; the company is unable to support visa sponsorship or relocation.
- Excellent communication skills for executive briefings, customer calls, and engineering stand-ups.
Nice to have
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
- Practical experience using agentic AI tools and process automation in a professional workflow.
