Logistics Manager (Global Sales Order, POC & RMA Supply Chain)

Location: Singapore; operations serve 86 countries from the Singapore hub.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end global sales order fulfillment across 23 international locations, including inventory allocation, transfers, supply chain strategy, and KPI management.
• Own the full POC lifecycle, from asset provisioning and QA validation to return logistics, while improving utilization and automating workflows.
• Manage global RMA and reverse logistics processes in coordination with vendors and support teams.
• Oversee 3PL providers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, carrier strategy, routing, export controls, and customs documentation.
• Manage hardware procurement, supplier performance, demand forecasting, and inventory planning with Finance and Operations.
• Lead supply chain digital transformation through workflow automation, API integrations, AI/ML insights, and BI dashboards.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management across multiple regions.
• Experience with sales orders, POC logistics, RMA processes, and global hardware or technology operations.
• Strong expertise in 3PL management, global freight, trade compliance, IOR/EOR, customs operations, and export controls.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce logistics workflows.
• Experience eliminating manual processes through automation, workflow redesign, or system configuration, including measurable improvements.
• Strong analytical and BI dashboard skills, APAC logistics experience, a related bachelor's degree, and the ability to use AI-assisted tools with professional accountability.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP, WMS, or TMS implementations and API/EDI integrations.
• Hands-on use of AI/ML for demand forecasting or inventory optimization.
• APICS/ASCM certification.
