Logistics Coordinator (APAC Service Operations)

Location: George Town, Penang, Malaysia. Must be based in Malaysia with legal work rights.

What you will do

• Coordinate daily spare-parts dispatches, manage carrier rates, and resolve operational issues in real time.
• Manage APAC inventory, inbound exceptions, PI reports, and shipment-related discrepancies.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound reverse-logistics activities with 3PLs and couriers.
• Prioritize critical returns and RMAs with Account Management and Engineering while tracking shipments end to end.
• Develop KPIs for RMA aging, lead times, and discrepancy resolution to improve the customer return experience.
• Support compliance audits, vendor performance assessments, and shipment release by obtaining certificates and test reports.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in warehousing, reverse logistics, transportation, or compliance.
• Understanding of supply chain planning, inventory, and logistics operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Legal work rights in Malaysia and residence in Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite or Salesforce.
• Background in service logistics or manufacturing within an IT company.
