In-Home Stars Program Delivery Lead (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $115,200–$158,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

Healthcare organization providing insurance and healthcare services to members across Medicare, Medicaid, individual, family, military, and community markets.

What you will do

• Develop and implement programs designed to improve Stars performance and in-home clinical value.
• Analyze complex program data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop functional strategies and guide external vendors and internal partners.
• Collaborate with leaders, external partners, and in-home teams on short- and long-term solutions.
• Create frameworks for deliverables, reporting, referrals, screenings, follow-up, health risk assessments, primary care summaries, and visit data.
• Present program results and recommendations to leadership while monitoring measurable improvements in Stars metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7 or more years of program management, vendor management, and/or strategy experience.
• Experience with Stars programs.
• Experience presenting to leadership and building strong professional relationships.
• Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• HEDIS experience.
• PMP certification.
