What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of the inpatient program for multiple health plan clients, from contract signature to ongoing operations.
• Serve as the single-threaded owner coordinating execution across Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, Analytics, and Client Experience.
• Translate client and business needs into product requirements to influence roadmap prioritization.
• Define clinical and AI program strategy, configure solutions, and continuously monitor performance.
• Partner with Client Experience to track key performance metrics and communicate program outcomes.
• Establish and lead the operating cadence for the inpatient platform to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, product management, operations, or consulting within healthcare or technology.
• Experience working with health plans, health systems, or other healthcare organizations.
• Proven success owning the delivery of complex solutions from strategy through execution.
• Ability to lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives involving clinical and technical stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
