Service Fund Value Based Programs Lead (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; occasional travel may be required for training or meetings.

Salary: $104,000–$143,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert for specialty value-based programs and establish evidence-based priorities and implementation timelines.
• Lead strategic program delivery, including implementation plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder commitments.
• Evaluate program performance, identify trends, and convert findings into actionable recommendations for business and executive leaders.
• Develop strategic plans for functional and segment-specific initiatives aligned with enterprise and operational objectives.
• Improve processes, workflows, tools, and operating practices to support scalable execution.
• Advise senior leaders and prepare concise executive presentations, reports, and status communications.

Requirements

• 7+ years of healthcare or managed care experience, preferably from a provider-focused perspective.
• 5+ years leading program delivery initiatives and managing complex projects from planning through execution.
• 5+ years improving processes and implementing efficient workflows, tools, and operating practices.
• 5+ years advising executives and functional leaders on strategic priorities, operational impacts, and program decisions.
• Strong strategic planning, analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to present complex information clearly to senior leadership and create effective PowerPoint materials.

Nice to have

• Experience with value-based care programs.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• PMP and/or Six Sigma certification.
