What you will do

• Define commercial and product support strategies and contribute to business objectives.
• Prospect new clients, manage the sales pipeline, and expand existing accounts through cross-selling.
• Build long-term client relationships and manage accounts from initial lead through active delivery.
• Lead negotiations for MoUs, NDAs, commercial contracts, and SLAs with Legal and Management.
• Oversee resource and solution deployment, account profitability, and operational, technical, or commercial incidents.
• Coordinate consultant recruitment, support retention initiatives, and analyze IT market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management or a related field.
• Native Portuguese and fluent English are mandatory; English proficiency at B2 level is required.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in commercial or sales roles.
• Knowledge of the IT market is mandatory.
• Proven success in client management and commercial pipeline development from leads to clients.
• Strong networking, communication, analytical, collaboration, autonomy, and strategic thinking skills.
