What you will do

• Open new international customers and generate revenue from enterprise, PE, and VC-backed companies.
• Build a strong sales pipeline for software engineering, cloud, data, DevOps, and AI/GenAI services.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and negotiation to signature and account growth.
• Establish trusted relationships with C-level executives, IT leadership, and investors.
• Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to convert opportunities into scalable revenue.
• Scale won accounts into long-term strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT services sales, technology consulting, or staff augmentation.
• Proven track record of opening new accounts and building revenue from scratch.
• Experience selling nearshore or offshore delivery models into international markets.
• Technical confidence in selling cloud, data, DevOps, and AI-related services.
• Strong commercial skills in pricing, margins, and negotiation strategy.
• English: Fluent (C1) required
