What you will do

• Track and manage parts through procurement, kitting, assembly, test, and integration.
• Plan and stage materials for production builds and resolve part readiness issues.
• Collaborate with technicians and engineers to remove daily execution blockers.
• Maintain lineside inventory levels through audits and ERP/MRP reporting.
• Reconcile BOM discrepancies and update system data in ERP/MRP tools.
• Manage the library of calibrated tools and support flight component shipping/receiving.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• 3+ years of experience in a production manufacturing environment.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Must be a "U.S. Person" (citizen, lawful permanent resident, etc.) due to ITAR compliance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks (bending, twisting, standing).

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data tools like Tableau or Excel.
• APICS certification or a Bachelor's degree in a business or technology field.
• Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment.
