Application Engineer (Robotics)

What you will do

• Provide technical product support during pre-sale and post-sale customer processes.
• Join sales visits to identify opportunities and provide technical expertise that supports deal closure.
• Demonstrate robotic products at trade shows, conferences, and customer sites.
• Develop robotic applications for Tool Changer and Material Removal products and create application notes and videos.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver timely technical solutions.
• Manage customer support cases in Salesforce and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, controls, or a related engineering discipline.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• 3–5 years of engineering experience, preferably in industrial automation.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with SolidWorks and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and independent-working skills.

Nice to have

• Experience programming industrial robots such as Fanuc, ABB, or Kuka.
