What you will do

• Create system concepts and manifests based on customer RFP requirements within set timeframes.
• Lead the design of material handling systems using client data to enhance processing efficiency.
• Develop Basis of Design (BOD) using Material Flow Calculators and create Process Flow Diagrams.
• Provide technical expertise during the sales phase to showcase solution capabilities and build client trust.
• Collaborate with execution and operations teams to ensure successful project hand-off after award.
• Ensure mechanical system designs are aligned with electrical control capabilities.

Requirements

• Work Authorization: Must be currently authorized to work in the US full-time.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in mechanical or application engineering within industrial automation or supply chain environments.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD 2D and Navisworks for layouts, modeling, and drafting.
• Experience with industrial systems such as conveyors, robotics, or intralogistics solutions.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
