What you will do

• Own mechanical assembly processes for card-sorting robotic platforms.
• Design and implement tests involving card handling and mechanical systems.
• Improve assembly processes, production tooling, and testing methods for current and future products.
• Collaborate with specialists, assembly technicians, quality technicians, and customer support teams to deliver reliable solutions.
• Own project deliverables and keep collaborators informed of progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Experience with computer-aided design; SolidWorks or Siemens NX experience is preferred.
• Experience assembling and testing prototypes.
• Experience with design for manufacturing.
• Experience owning deliverables for complex electromechanical system assembly.
• Remote roles are not eligible for U.S. visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with miniature pneumatic and vacuum systems, paper or cardboard handling, and motion control.
• Knowledge of triboelectric charge mitigation, plastics, Raspberry Pi or other single-board computers, and 3D printing.
• Experience in the hobby gaming and collectible card industry.
• Experience solving production and operational technical challenges.
