What you will do

• Maintain active customer sites to ensure maximum system availability and stability.
• Perform full commissioning and testing of AutoStore hardware and software prior to customer handover.
• Resolve technical issues via remote ticketing and on-site troubleshooting.
• Develop detailed documentation, including SOPs and best practice resolution methods.
• Conduct initial and ongoing training for end users and maintenance teams.
• Provide ramp-up support to customers during the post-handover phase of new projects.

Requirements

• Technical background in automation, electromechanical systems, robotics, or intralogistics.
• Strong independent troubleshooting skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical documentation.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel frequently (60–70% of the time).
