What you will do

• Provide comprehensive customer and equipment support both remotely and on-site.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and software-related service issues.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
• Deliver training sessions to customers on robot operation and maintenance.
• Document field findings, customer feedback, and work order details in internal systems.
• Monitor robot operations using web-based software tools.

Requirements

• Must be located in the Vancouver metro area.
• Diploma, degree, or 2-5 years of experience in electronics, mechanics, or robotics.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, and repair technical equipment using schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and passport.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout North America.
• Exceptional manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with electro-mechanical devices or floor cleaning equipment.
• Proficiency with Linux and software diagnostic tools.
• Experience towing small to medium trailers.
