What you will do

• Generate quotes and manage sales administration, document filing, and partner-related procedures.
• Handle partner and customer inquiries about leads, opportunities, and administrative or operational matters.
• Prepare assigned quotes, coordinate approval workflows, and manage revisions and closing.
• Verify contracts and legal documents and maintain accurate CRM and ERP data.
• Support sales teams with training and event organization, both onsite and virtually.
• Coordinate daily operational tasks with global supply chain teams.

Requirements

• Education in international trade or a related business field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales administration for international distributors, dealers, or partners.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Strong Microsoft Office and general IT skills.
• Service-oriented, proactive, solution-focused approach with a high level of commitment.
• Located in Barcelona.
