What you will do

• Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities for the Sales Operations team.
• Maintain high-quality customer, opportunity, and sales data within CRM systems.
• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
• Assist with sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and contract administration.
• Coordinate efforts between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Madrid (Hybrid)
• Languages: Fluent Spanish and good English proficiency required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proactive attitude and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
