People & AI Transformation Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Translate AI strategy, workforce plans, and priority use cases into workforce actions and transformation roadmaps.
• Assess how AI, digital colleagues, autonomous agents, and automation affect roles, skills, capacity, accountability, and colleague experience.
• Develop playbooks, frameworks, guidance, tools, governance processes, and guardrails for AI-enabled ways of working.
• Lead workforce transformation activities for AI initiatives and coordinate with HR Business Partners, L&D, Centres of Excellence, business, and technology teams.
• Drive AI fluency through leadership engagement, manager toolkits, adoption campaigns, communities of practice, bootcamps, and capability programmes.
• Use workforce, skills, adoption, and operational data to identify capability gaps, redeployment opportunities, role evolution, released capacity, risks, and value realisation.

Requirements

• Ability to connect AI strategy, operating model direction, role evolution, skills, and redeployment to practical business actions.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide capability, adoption, or change programmes involving digital, AI, automation, or future-of-work themes.
• Strong consulting-style stakeholder engagement, facilitation, interviewing, workshop design, and senior stakeholder preparation skills.
• Experience in workforce transformation, strategic workforce planning, organisational design, people consulting, HR analytics, AI adoption, or broader business transformation.
• Strong analytical, communication, storytelling, and business-case development skills.
• Ability to work in the London or Bristol location context.

Nice to have

• Understanding of AI-enabled workforce transformation, digital colleagues, autonomous agents, and AI-driven workflows.
• Experience creating practical tools, frameworks, playbooks, and guidance for leaders, managers, and HR teams.
• Exposure to Copilot, Copilot Studio, agents, automation, or digital workforce initiatives.
