Manager, Warehouse

Location: Rossford, Ohio, United States. Onsite role with 15–25% travel to other sites and flexibility for extended hours and weekends as needed.

What you will do

• Oversee service-center activities, including material receipt, processing, coordination, quality, safety, inventory, and order dispatch.
• Review production metrics and KPIs, manage operating expenses and budgets, and achieve financial goals.
• Lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives to maximize efficiency and eliminate waste.
• Lead, train, evaluate, coach, and develop employees while supporting hiring and succession planning.
• Resolve quality problems and customer complaints, maintain customer relationships, and conduct site inspections.
• Manage operational supplies, vendors, invoices, facility needs, and compliance with ORBIS policies and safety programs.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience and 5 years of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is desired.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, data entry, employee training, production processes, budgets, and business operations.
• At least 1 year of lean manufacturing experience, plus OSHA regulation training and gas/electric forklift experience.
• Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain operations, manufacturing processes, material movement, and supplier relationships.
• Ability to read and comprehend written and oral instructions, safety rules, operating procedures, and product information in English.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Basic mechanical skills and experience in a logistics or warehouse environment.
