Warehouse Manager (Medical Supply Distribution)

Location: West Jefferson, Ohio, United States

Salary: $101,000–$152,000 annual; bonus and/or incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Lead daily warehouse operations, production, and order fulfillment for shipments ranging from 2,200 to 10,000 lines per day.
• Establish and measure procedures for receiving, shipping, material handling, inventory accuracy, and product movement.
• Support the Director of Operations in resolving operational challenges and customer service failures.
• Source and staff facility positions, support performance management, and oversee employee training and development.
• Manage operating expenses, equipment repairs, freight scheduling, and carrier discrepancy resolution.
• Monitor workplace safety, housekeeping, hygiene, and compliance when handling pharmaceutical products.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience supporting personnel and warehouse employees.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience may substitute for the degree.
• Experience with customer relations, positive employee relations, and complex operational decision-making.
• Strong communication, writing, presentation, active listening, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution center and manage extensive time demands.
• When applicable, certification as a Certified Designated Representative by the State of Florida for compliant pharmaceutical operations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Five years of business experience, including several years in a distribution center environment.
