Salary: $106,100–$178,770 USD base salary for US-based employees, with potential bonus, commission, and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Participate in sales processes and partner with direct and channel sales teams.
• Discover customer requirements and align them with hirify.global solutions using AI tooling.
• Lead or support onsite and remote foundational implementations and proof-of-value engagements.
• Educate customers on product architecture, functional design, and implementation best practices.
• Document requirements and collaborate with sales, product, professional services, and customer success teams.
• Build agentic technology solutions for customer problem-solving and product demonstrations.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in enterprise software, systems integration, or consulting, including 3+ years in software implementation or pre-sales.
• Experience in software development, implementation, and configuration, with strong client and partner communication skills.
• Working knowledge of web services, application servers, databases, virtualization, directories, and modern SaaS architecture.
• Experience with agentic coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Kiro, Google Antigravity, GitHub Copilot, or OpenAI Codex.
• Experience with Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, or React; familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, JSON, and AWS, Azure, or GCP is desirable.
• Computer Science or Engineering degree, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with identity governance and access management solutions.
• Knowledge of Spring, SOAP, SPML, enterprise databases, directories, ERP or service management systems, and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with hirify.global or competing identity management products.
• Experience with AI and machine learning concepts, project management, quality assurance, security software, or IT audit.
• J2EE, CISSP, hirify.global Certified Engineer, or Solution Architect certification.
