What you will do

• Meet strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals, workflows, and high-impact pain points.
• Own flagship enterprise deals from use-case discovery through commercial structuring and close.
• Work closely with customers onsite and own delivery outcomes through production deployment.
• Identify and prototype AI-agent use cases with Forward Deployed Software Engineers.
• Guide customers on agent design, orchestration, production readiness, adoption, and measurable impact.
• Present demos and proposals to technical teams and C-suite stakeholders while feeding field insights into product and model roadmaps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience in a technical capacity, preferably with enterprise customers.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct and comfort with value propositions, deal conversations, and enterprise sales cycles.
• Basic Python proficiency and familiarity with API integration for prototyping and demos.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, ownership, and ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI-agent frameworks, technical workflows, and enterprise use-case mapping.
