EHS and Sustainability Regulatory Consultant- US

Salary: $65,000–$68,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Research US federal and state environmental, health, and safety policies, laws, and regulations.
• Advise multinational clients on the implications of EHS requirements for US operations.
• Compare federal regulations with state laws and explain differences across jurisdictions.
• Monitor current and emerging EHS issues and regulatory developments.
• Prepare reports describing regulatory updates, operational changes, and compliance approaches.

Requirements

• JD or LLM degree, preferably focused on environmental studies or occupational health and safety.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to research, analyze, and compare US laws and policies or those of a similar legal system.
• Fluent English is required.
• Interest in and understanding of US EHS issues; previous US EHS management or policy experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience in EHS management or policy in the United States.
• Additional language skills and experience with EHS requirements in other jurisdictions.
