What you will do

• Lead the transition to an AI-first GTM operating model by redesigning workflows, standardizing processes, and embedding automation across the customer lifecycle.
• Design, build, and improve AI agents and agent-assisted experiences for sales, marketing, customer success, and other customer-facing teams.
• Own the roadmap for GTM systems, automation, and AI, translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Establish governance for systems, data, workflows, AI usage, approvals, change management, and data stewardship.
• Lead cross-functional transformation programs and manage iterative, sprint-based delivery aligned with business priorities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of GTM operations specialists while driving adoption and measurable improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Automation, Systems, Strategy, or related disciplines in high-growth B2B environments.
• Experience leading operational or technical teams and large-scale cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience designing and operationalizing AI-enabled or agentic GTM workflows, including guided selling, forecasting, next-best actions, and conversational copilots.
• Familiarity with automation, orchestration, and AI platforms such as Make, n8n, Zapier, Workato, Clay, Claude, Codex, or comparable tools.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, sales engagement, conversational intelligence, forecasting, enrichment, workflow automation, and data governance.
• Strong change management, stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, documentation, and continuous improvement skills.
