Location: Hybrid in Austin or New York City, United States

Salary: $220,000–$260,000 in Austin or $250,000–$300,000 in New York City, plus equity.

What you will do

• Lead operational strategy across a portfolio of acquired businesses and partner law firms.
• Improve operational performance, client experience, productivity, quality, and profitability with firm leadership.
• Develop scalable standard operating procedures, KPIs, reporting, and operating frameworks.
• Drive post-acquisition integration and support organizational change across newly acquired firms.
• Partner with Finance, People, Product, and Engineering on planning, workforce operations, systems, workflows, and AI-enabled processes.
• Advise partners and senior leaders while fostering continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of operations experience in professional services, legal, consulting, financial services, healthcare, or another complex multi-site environment.
• Experience leading operations across multiple business units, regions, or acquired companies.
• Success implementing scalable operating models in high-growth organizations.
• Strong commercial, analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with Finance, People/HR, and technology functions.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale operational change initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience in M&A integration.
• Experience in legal services or another regulated professional services environment.
