Salary: $197,200–$290,000 USD base salary per year, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Lead frontier initiatives across emerging business lines.
• Own new business opportunities end to end, from 0-to-1 creation through 1-to-100 scaling.
• Translate R&D and early-stage concepts into businesses launched across the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Identify and solve high-leverage problems that drive company-wide growth.
• Use AI tools to improve clarity, focus, and execution in ambiguous problem spaces.
• Partner with R&D, product, finance, marketing, business development, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated record of driving significant, company-wide impact.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to articulate a clear vision to cross-functional partners.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong leadership maturity and experience building and scaling high-performing organizations.

Nice to have

• Startup and/or founder experience.
• Early and intensive adoption of AI tools for problem solving.
