Director, AI Advisory

Location: Remote, with flexible living locations across the United States and Canada; up to 50% travel to support client engagements and pursuits.

Base salary: $195,000–$245,000 per year. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive opportunity: $253,000–$318,000.

What you will do

• Lead AI strategy and implementation engagements, owning scope, quality, timelines, financials, and client satisfaction.
• Run AI vision sessions, maturity diagnostics, value assessments, roadmap development, and AI operating model design.
• Identify AI and intelligent automation opportunities across clinical, operational, and revenue cycle workflows, including business cases and ROI models.
• Guide solution design across generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation through architecture, integration, data readiness, and process redesign.
• Shape and close consultative sales opportunities, develop proposals and statements of work, and expand client accounts.
• Lead, coach, and develop a 12–15 person consulting team while building reusable frameworks, offerings, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of consulting experience leading enterprise AI, technology, or intelligent automation engagements.
• Direct experience serving healthcare providers and understanding healthcare economics and clinical, operational, and revenue cycle challenges.
• Deep expertise in generative and agentic AI, machine learning, RPA, and intelligent automation in enterprise production environments.
• Experience developing business cases, value propositions, roadmaps, and executive investment cases.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams of 10+ consultants and lead consultative sales from origination through close.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; willingness to travel up to 50% and live in the United States or Canada.

• AI or automation platform certifications such as Azure AI, AWS, UiPath, or Power Platform.
• Experience at a top-tier strategy, technology, or Big Four firm.
